Second Chances,

Corrections to Connections was created to support individuals returning from incarceration and those in recovery as they rebuild their lives with dignity, accountability, and community.

Our Story
Why We Exist
We see a world where steel bars, and old scars no longer define a person's worth. A world where the formerly incarcerated rise not in shame, but in strength. Armed with purpose, driven by truth, and connected by community. Corrections To Connections dares to believe that redemption should not be a rarity, but a right. Our vision is a future where broken paths become bridges, and every story of survival becomes a spark for someone else's transformation.

Our Values
Corrections to Connections is dedicated to empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration, and those battling addiction by providing essential support for reentry, including housing, job skills, training, and clean and sober living. Grounded and lived experience and a commitment to transformation, we lead by example; sharing our journeys to guide others away from the mistakes of the past, and toward a future of stability, purpose, and connection.
Our Mission
Corrections to Connections began with a simple belief: people need more than a second chance; they need real support, opportunity, and community.
We serve those navigating reentry, recovery, and major life transitions by connecting them with resources, relationships, and pathways to stability. Our work is grounded in lived experience, compassion, accountability, and the knowledge that better support creates stronger outcomes for our community.
